I have spent 10 years helping people understand and overcome the physical challenges holding them back. I specialise in musculoskeletal injuries, bringing both clinical expertise and genuine curiosity to every session. I believe that getting better isn’t just about treatment. It’s about understanding your body well enough to trust it again. With me, you’re not just getting a physiotherapist. You’re getting someone who listens.
