This website, rootphysio.co.uk, is operated by Theodore Ntetsikas LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16194187, whose registered office is at 8 Heyford Ave, SW8 1ED, London, UK (“ROOT Physio”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We trade from and provide physiotherapy services at our clinics on Fleet Street and in Vauxhall, London.
By using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

4. Bookings and appointments
Appointments can be booked through the booking system embedded on our website, provided by our booking partner, Zanda. By booking an appointment, you also agree to any separate booking, cancellation, and payment terms presented to you at the time of booking.
- We ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Our current cancellation policy (including rescheduling) is: 24 hours, failing to notice beyond that time period there is a £50 late cancellation fee.
- Where appointments are funded through insurance (e.g. Bupa, AXA, Vitality, Aviva), it remains your responsibility to confirm your cover and any excess or authorisation requirements with your insurer before attending.
5. Fees and payment
Details of our current fees are available on our website and may be updated from time to time. The payment will be requested with an invoice 24 hours before your appointment via an email.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the look and feel of the site, is owned by or licensed to ROOT Physio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages from the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, or otherwise use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
